We produce the tenderest organic beef, once chosen by Prince Charles to serve to European restaurateurs as an example of the best of British beef. Our customers travel for miles just to taste our burgers.
Our sweet, organic lamb, grazed on our rich and wholly natural pastures, is from two breeds of sheep including a flock of rare Southdowns. This enables us to have organic lamb all year round.
Our organic pork is from pigs brought to Lower Roundhurst as weaners and raised here on the farm. They produce the most succulent organic pork joints and our Haslemere Food Festival‘s award winning sausages.
Poultry is from a local organic farm at Rother Valley where happy hens spend all day out in the fresh air producing excellent tasting healthy chicken.
At Lower Roundhurst Farm we are committed to simply producing the best, most wholesome food we can. We firmly believe that the welfare of our animals has a direct bearing on the flavour of our food.
Our butcher, infact all our friendly staff, will be happy to discuss your needs and suggest recipes and give advice on different cuts of meat and cooking times.
